Solar installations

The following solar installations, provided they meet the legal requirements, must be registered with the relevant authority but do not require a building permit:

on pitched roof (building zone)
on flat roof (building zone)
on façade in building zone (industrial, commercial or craft zone)
on pitched roof (agricultural zone)
on flat roof (agricultural zone)

Notifications to the building administration

The start of construction and the completion of the work must be reported to the building administration of the municipality.
